Technology Leadership

The company adopts internationally advanced centrifugal casting technology, implements ISO2531, GB/T13295 and other standards, and produces ductile iron pipes of all specifications from DN80 to DN2600, covering diversified products such as lining cement and spray anti-corrosion materials. Its independently developed anti-slip self-anchor interface pipe optimizes the stop ring structure through a special welding process, significantly improves installation efficiency and connection reliability, and is especially suitable for complex terrain requirements49.

Quality Assurance

The product has passed the national laboratory test, the spheroidization rate is strictly controlled at more than 80%, and the mechanical properties are excellent, with both high ductility and corrosion resistance. External zinc spraying (≥130g/m²), asphalt paint (≥70μm) and cement lining process ensure that the internal and external anti-corrosion performance of the pipeline meets the ISO4179 standard. The water pressure test pressure is higher than the international benchmark 1MPa, and the qualified rate reaches 98.5%1114.



As a leading enterprise in the export of ductile iron pipes in China, the company's products are widely used in municipal water supply, gas transmission, thermal pipelines and other fields. The export share accounts for more than 30% of the annual production capacity.
